This friendly and successful family run business has built its extensive client base up over the last 30 years – they have fenced everything from small garden fencing to the Royal, Crown Estate in Ascot – their team of highly skilled fencers are well versed in all aspects of fencing, gate installation and repair – due to continued business growth, they are looking for a new member of the team to join them as soon as possible!

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

Location: Caterham – meet daily to then go to site

Essential: You must hold a full clean licence for at least 3 years and due to use of company vehicle, you will need to be aged over 25 years old for insurance purposes

Benefits: 20 days holiday, company pension scheme, social events, annual bonus, overtime, and uniform

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm – flexible depending on seasonal and business needs

Is this role for you?

They are looking for a hardworking, committed individual who already holds similar experience within construction/groundworks or agricultural work. You will need to provide a high-quality service to customers and hold the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong timekeeping
  • Good team player
  • Strong work ethic

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Loading/unloading of materials
  • Dismantling old fencing
  • Clearing grounds
  • Erecting and repairing of fencing – both private and commercial
