Are you a driven, ambitious and money hungry Mortgage Broker with a minimum of 1 years’ experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

 

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a young yet successful HNW Independent Mortgage and Protection Brokerage based within their City of London offices, close to Bank station.  The company’s main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to its clientele, but better still have huge future expansion plans which you will be a part of.

 

As an independent Mortgage and Protection Broker you will be provided with quality client leads each week. These client leads can often be of a High Net Worth nature and gained from the firms’ new business development activities, their well-established existing client base (renewal and repeat business) and via company marketing.

 

What will your working week be like?

 

Within this role the successful candidate will provide mortgage and protection advice on Residential, BTL and Bridging Mortgages with a primary focus on working with HNW, Foreign National, Ex-Pat and Self-Employed clientele.

You will be provided with administration support in house and compliance support throughout the mortgage process.

 

Who will this role suit?

 

  • Mortgage and protection broking experience is essential (preferably within the independent market).
  • In turn you must hold the full CeMap (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Although not essential, a Broker with regular exposure to HNW/complex mortgage cases would be desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • My client is keen to employ a candidate who is driven/committed to succeeding, while also being a team player.

 

What will you receive in return?

 

Working hours within the role are on a Monday to Friday only basis and are 9:00am to 17:30pm.

You will receive a self-employed contract with an excellent monthly commission structure based on 40% for client leads provided to you by the business for all completed mortgage and protection income, with no salary validation or target in place to achieve this before receiving commission rate. Leading to an OTE of £80,000+ per annum. You will also receive an initial salary guarantee of circa £2,000 per month for your first few months within the role to cover you financially until your pipeline business begins to complete.
