The core responsibility of the Recruitment Consultant is to understand and match the needs of their clients and candidates; and to provide quality, tailored recruitment services and meeting individual revenue targets.

Working within this newly established charity, our client is looking for Consultants that have experience of recruiting within the technical sectors.

  • Supporting a variety of businesses including Start-ups, SME’s and global brands – you will be offering a full 360 recruitment service to your clients.
  • Bringing new business via a structured and consultative business development approach
  • Successfully managing, nurturing and building relationships formed with clients
  • Developing a deep understanding of your clients business and the services available
  • Finding out specific requirements for the vacancy to be filled and anticipating future assignments
  • Advertising, screening and interviewing appropriate applicants
  • Developing industry/sector/subject matter expertise to positively impact your revenue and sales targets through professional development activities including reading publications, attending industry events and networking.

In return…

 

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-18:00

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays

Location: Office based – Newham, East London
