Recently we have used the YourAd Service as part of our recruitment process and have been really pleased with the whole procedure. Laura very quickly set us up with our own ‘client area’ and log in, and we had CV’s within a matter of hours. Using the online ‘traffic light system’ was an extremely user friendly and efficient process, that made sifting through the CV’s a little easier! It was very easy to locate the candidates and CV’s, and we were able to get a shortlist of potential candidates together within the first week.
As always, Laura and the Team were very friendly, helpful and ensured that the process worked for us and as the client, we were happy. Overall, a very cost effective, smooth and well organised process, which as a company we would without a doubt look to use again for our recruitment process.
