When I was first told about the YourAdPlus service it sounded too good to be true especially as it was also very reasonable. All we had to do was put together a job advert which was placed online in full as opposed to a short extract which allowed us to be prescriptive about what we were looking for. The same day we had applicant apply which were filtered by an experienced consultant according to our selection criteria. Everyday candidates that met the criteria were uploaded to our online account and using the traffic light system we were able to carry out a further filter. By the closing date were had a select group of suitable CV’s as opposed to hundreds of random applicants which saved a huge amount of time during the final selection process. It was so simple and user friendly. We interviewed 7 candidates for the position all of which were worthy applicants and we are looking forward to our new Services Administrator starting in July.
Having worked in recruitment myself I am really impressed with this service, it offers the benefits of using a recruitment agency, with the far reach of the internet but with the flexibility to retain control over the recruitment process.
