Our bespoke, fully managed recruitment service covers every aspect of the recruitment process from start to finish.
You can feel confident that the mine field of red tape and legislation is fully taken care of and all of the candidates presented to you will have been skills checked, I.D checked and attended a full interview at our office with an experienced Recruitment Advisor. The whole service is backed by our placement guarantee of 10 weeks and for this service our clients have minimal input in the process except to carry out the interviews. All paperwork, including references can be handled by our admin team and a full follow up customer service is offered during the first 3 months of the employment to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Our YourRecruitPro is the next level of service and is offered on a nationwide basis to all clients and for all roles.
The content of the YourRecruitPro is very similar to our fully managed service however instead of a face to face interview being carried out we offer a telephone interview instead. The uniqueness of this service is that the telephone interview can be tailored towards questions of your own choice and as the interview is recorded the contents can be emailed to you for review. We carry out skill checks, I.D. checks and complete any necessary paperwork plus this service comes with a unique 4 week 100% guarantee. The price of this service is just 5% of annual salary or 7% at £20,001 and over.
We also offer our clients a web based advertising service. This is a unique service created in order to ensure maximum exposure with minimum financial outlay. Clients using this service can enjoy a variety of additional services which are available at a small extra cost. Details for the advertising only services are:
YourAdPlus has all the benefits of YourAd, however the period that the advert runs is 2 weeks with an extra week completely free of charge.
Candidates who apply are filtered to your pre-selected criteria; when placing the advert you will choose 3 – 5 search criteria for us to select suitable candidates on. This way you are not deluged with unsuitable CV’s and can make your selection based on the suitable CV’s you will receive. As with the YourAd you can add on the further services of telephone interviewing and/or skill checking for an additional £20.00 plus VAT. The YourAdPlus is just £265.00 plus VAT and is payable upon placing the advert.
YourAd – Your vacancy is listed on the most popular UK job boards.
As these job boards also cover overseas vacancies you can also post your vacancy no matter where in the world it is. The advert remains on the job boards for a period of 2 weeks and CV’s are forwarded to you unopened and in their original condition. All CV’s are yours to keep so in the event that you run another recruitment campaign you can draw off the CV’s we have previously sent you. The cost of this service is £185.00 plus VAT and extra weeks can be easily purchased at just £30.00 plus VAT. You can have your candidates skills checked or telephone interviewed at the low cost of just £20.00 per candidate.
Temporary Staff
Dealing with the temporary market, we are able to provide you with the right staff at short notice to cover for staff sickness, holiday or an extra work load. All Recruitment Advisors have Blackberry’s which means they are available out of hours if you have an urgent requirement.
You will be provided with the name of your temporary candidate in less than 30 minutes from when we receive the booking following which you will be sent an emailed confirmation of your temp, their hours and our charge rate.
All of our temporary candidates have been thoroughly screened and skills checked and we hold two references on file. Candidates can be provided for 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week or more.
All of the payroll is handled in house and our temps are paid via BAC’s and will continue to be employed by us although you own Health and Safety policies should be made known to the candidate.
Contract Staff
If you are looking for an applicant on a longer term basis, contract staff can often be a more realistic and cost effective method of recruiting.
We can provide candidates on a fixed term contract over 3, 6, 9 or 12 month periods. Our charge rate will be dependant upon the candidate’s annual salary and your invoice will be a pro rata amount.
If you choose to take a candidate on a contract basis, our permanent recruitment process will take place and once your chosen applicant has started work with you, they will be employed by you and be part of your payroll.
