Dealing with the temporary market, we are able to provide you with the right staff at short notice to cover for staff sickness, holiday or an extra work load. All Recruitment Advisors have Blackberry’s which means they are available out of hours if you have an urgent requirement.
You will be provided with the name of your temporary candidate in less than 30 minutes from when we receive the booking following which you will be sent an emailed confirmation of your temp, their hours and our charge rate.
All of our temporary candidates have been thoroughly screened and skills checked and we hold two references on file. Candidates can be provided for 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week or more.
All of the payroll is handled in house and our temps are paid via BAC’s and will continue to be employed by us although you own Health and Safety policies should be made known to the candidate.
If you are looking for an applicant on a longer term basis, contract staff can often be a more realistic and cost effective method of recruiting.
We can provide candidates on a fixed term contract over 3, 6, 9 or 12 month periods. Our charge rate will be dependant upon the candidate’s annual salary and your invoice will be a pro rata amount.
If you choose to take a candidate on a contract basis, our permanent recruitment process will take place and once your chosen applicant has started work with you, they will be employed by you and be part of your payroll.
