Our clients have one thing in common. They need to find the right people for their organisation.

Sometimes this is a straightforward task. We may already have the ideal candidates just waiting to be introduced to a client which is wonderful. Being able to deliver fantastic results to a client within hours is the dream of every professional recruitment consultant. Sometimes it can take several weeks or even months to find that very special person or that new team. It’s at times like this when being tenacious and totally focused on the task at hand is so important. It takes an awful lot of effort, hard slog and hard work before we can contemplate defeat.

Thankfully we rarely concede defeat!

The following case studies should give you an insight into how we work with our clients and give you a taste of what we can achieve for you. Hopefully they will inspire you to get in touch with us.

What was the result in this friendly battle of print versus pixels? Read more »

Too Much to handle and too little time…

It was overwhelming. The client had neither the time nor the resources to painstakingly sift through each CV and letter in order to draw up a shortlist.  They were worried that they would make the wrong decision and screen out the ideal candidates simply because there was too much choice and they had too little time. When the newspapers lost their magic…

Posted on: January 14th, 2011

Our client has many retail outlets throughout the UK and a seasonal recruitment programme.  Naturally staff turnover is high.   When their newspaper advertising was no longer delivering sufficient candidates to justify the spiralling cost, and they were becoming bogged down with sifting through CVS, they contacted us.
