Nicola Sales is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the world’s largest recruitment body. Fellowship is the highest status that can be awarded to any recruitment professional.
Nicola has 21 years experience gained working within recruitment and at a senior level in HR where she worked for Canon (UK) Ltd and Makro Wholesalers. At Makro, Nicola was responsible for the national recruitment programme and for developing induction and training programmes for new recruits. This wider people experience has proved to be a real asset for YourRecruit clients.
After being headhunted by a national recruitment brand, it took Nicola just six months to realise that she had the skills, experience and integrity to establish her own recruitment business; something that she accomplished 16 years ago.
Today Nicola is the Managing Director of YourRecruit, one of the South East’s most successful independent recruitment agencies. She heads a professional and friendly team of permanent and temporary consultants. In the last year, Nicola and her team have developed a range of online recruitment solutions that in her own words “Knock the spots off the job boards by helping businesses to recruit online on a shoestring budget.”
